Picasa

picasaIf you have a Google account – and you do if you have a G1, then you might as well use their photo tool Picasa.  I use it for images I want in a gallery and don’t want to upload to my web site hosting server.  I use the automated tool to share my images directly to the Picasa site.

I definitely do not upload all my images, and use it only for things I don’t feel the public in general can look at without feeling my privacy was being ‘invaded’.

If nothing else, they get to use their bandwidth instead of mine, and the widgets that plug into WordPress to display Picasa galleries work just dandy.

I only use the online web albums portion of the utility, but apparently there are a bunch of things you can do with the full-blown application, including photo editing and actual photo printing!  Blah blah blah.
